Happy Friday, Boss!!!!!

General Douglas MacArthur was credited with
saying that every military defeat can be
explained by just two words: "TOO LATE".
Either TOO LATE in anticipating danger,
or TOO LATE in preparing for it
or TOO LATE in taking action.

You know that sometimes - running a business
is an awful lot like trying to win a war.

So....

(Even though we're very peaceful people....)

Is there anything that's heading into
the category of "TOO LATE"???
If so...
Anticipate it...
Prepare for it...
and Take Action....
